Orders are shipped by UPS GROUND service within 5 working days of receipt (subject to stock availability) and usually arrive within 2 weeks after shipping. You will be notified promptly if any delay is expected.

We carry a 30 day money back guarantee-if for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly refund the purchase upon receipt of the product in original condition and packaging within 30 days of shipment date (some exclusions and restocking fees may apply). Shipping fees are not credited or refunded on returned or exchanged products. Should you feel it necessary to return merchandise, please call ahead for a return authorization number. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Note that returns can only be accepted if the item is:

1. In original condition
2. Returned in its original carton
3. All instructions and warranties are enclosed; AND
4. Return Authorization (RA) Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITH NO (RA) MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, WILL BE REFUSED.
